What We Do

At Avanzando Juntos, we provide access to capital, technical assistance and mentoring for Latino businesses and entrepreneurs.

Loan Navigation

We work with you to determine the best funding options to start, grow or expand your business. We will help you prepare your business plan, fill out your lender application, and provide you with guidance on preparing the documents requested by our lending institution.

Training Sessions

We offer a variety of business-focused workshop sessions to address the needs of Latino business owners and start-ups.

Networking Opportunities

We want to bring Latino entrepreneurs and businesses together. These networking events are entirely in Spanish and provide opportunities to meet successful Latino business leaders, community resources and lenders.

We are an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap, advancing the success of Latino businesses, and building a more inclusive economy in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

11 Microloans

To date, we have provided 11 microloans of $5,000 with modest interest to Latino start-ups.

76 Small Business Loans

We provided 76 zero-interest small business loans to our Mi Gente participants.

Raising $2-3 Million

Our goal in 2023 is to raise $2-3 million to provide loan capital and support to our clients.


CDFI Certified

Soon-to-be Tulsa’s second Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and the only CDFI whose sole focus will be to advance Latino excellence and economic mobility in our region.
